The second method is to use email address + password — useful if you don't have an active Malaysia phone number when registering or if you prefer using email.

Forgot Password — What to Do

If you forget your qs8a account password, the recovery process is simple and quick. Click the "Forgot password?" link below the login field. Enter the phone number or email registered to your account. An OTP will be sent to that phone number or email to verify your identity. Once verification is successful, you can set a new password right away.

This process typically completes in under 3 minutes. If you don't receive the OTP, verify that the phone number or email entered is correct and try resending. If the issue persists, contact qs8a support via live chat.

Login from Multiple Devices

Your qs8a account can be accessed from multiple devices at the same time — whether from a PC, smartphone, or tablet. However, for your security, the qs8a system will send a notification whenever a login is made from a device or location not previously used. Common Login Issues and How to Resolve Them
