1Introduction

Welcome to qs8a. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and qs8a ("Platform", "we") governing your use of the qs8a website accessible at qs8a.pro, the qs8a mobile app and all services provided by it.

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the qs8a platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the qs8a platform immediately.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the qs8a platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age 18 and above at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Being a resident of a region where the use of the qs8a platform is legally permitted.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Not holding any other active or suspended qs8a account.
• Registering using your true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.

Qs8a reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC). Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3User Account & Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) qs8a account only. Opening additional accounts — whether under a different name, phone number, email, or financial information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your qs8a account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or not.
• Notifying qs8a immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

Qs8a will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless such use resulted from verified negligence on the part of qs8a.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits into your qs8a account must be made using a valid payment method registered in your own name. qs8a supports the following deposit methods for users in Malaysia:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and more.
• Digital wallets: Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet, Boost eWallet.
• DuitNow Transfer and FPX (Financial Process Exchange).
• Digital assets: USDT (TRC20, ERC20) and other supported digital assets.

The minimum deposit is RM 10.00 for Malaysian Ringgit methods and USDT 20 for crypto methods. qs8a does not charge any fees for deposits. The daily deposit limit is RM 50,000 across all methods. Users who require a higher limit may contact qs8a support to discuss further.

Qs8a reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method and to decline deposits that cannot be verified. Deposits made using a third-party bank account or digital wallet may be subject to additional security checks and crediting delays.

Funds deposited into your qs8a account are held in a dedicated segregated account reserved for user funds and are not used for qs8a's day-to-day operations. This ensures your money is always available for withdrawal.

5Withdrawal of Wins

Withdrawals of wins from your qs8a account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have fully completed the KYC verification process.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30.00 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your qs8a account.
• Any wagering requirements (rollover) associated with a bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Qs8a processes withdrawal requests within under 5 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC. The final crediting time to the user's bank account or digital wallet depends on the respective bank's processing system.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, qs8a offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on each respective promotional offer. General terms applicable to all qs8a bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligibility, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• Qs8a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Users found to be abusing the promotions system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, combining bets, or manipulating bonuses — will forfeit all related bonuses and wins, and their accounts may be closed.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before requirements are fulfilled will be automatically cancelled.

7Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the qs8a platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a registered third party. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following while playing on qs8a:

• Using any unauthorized automation software, bots, scripts, or tools to play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Exploiting any bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to qs8a support immediately.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other strategies intended to unlawfully exploit odds discrepancies.

Qs8a reserves the right to void any bets, games, or wins involved in the above violations, regardless of whether the outcome was favorable to the user.

8Acceptable User Conduct

All qs8a users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible manner that does not harm other users or the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive language, cyberbullying, threats, or harassment against other users or qs8a staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Sharing or distributing illegal, obscene, harmful, or copyright-infringing content through the qs8a platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to qs8a systems or data.
• Using the qs8a platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Qs8a reserves the right to take immediate action — including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities — against any user who violates these conduct rules.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Qs8a reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Legal or regulatory requirements from the relevant authorities.
• Self-exclusion requests from users through the responsible gaming programme.

If an account is closed due to a violation, qs8a reserves the right to withhold withdrawals of balances linked to the problematic activity while an investigation is ongoing. Balances not involved in the violation will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is concluded.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting qs8a customer support. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once the closure process is complete.

The qs8a platform is provided "as is" on a best-effort basis. While qs8a strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, qs8a cannot guarantee that the service will be free from downtime, errors, or data loss under all circumstances.

Qs8a shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from legitimate game outcomes, including money lost as a result of unsuccessful bets.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond qs8a's control, including network outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account login credentials.
• Third-party content or services accessible through the qs8a platform.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Qs8a reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is urgently required for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the qs8a platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore encourage you to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where qs8a is registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties.
